It's inexpensive, made in Malaysia of hardwood and has an elegant look to it.
It has horizontal slots so your knife blades won't touch anything while resting in it and it's got a ton of slots.
If you're still storing your knives in a kitchen drawer, this will be a big step up for you and your knives.
