This is the official High Elven Warrior sword from the award-winning Lord Of The Rings movies. And with swords like these, it's pretty easy to see why the series was nominated for so many Oscars for costuming and design.
The sword exemplifies a standard battle scimitar, with a heavy blood groove curving to a sharp point at the tip. The blade is constructed from 420 stainless steel, unsharpened since it's for intended for display purposes only.
It measures an impressive 49.75 inches in overall length, thanks to its two-handed, extra-long curved handle. Around the solid metal handle, spiraled designs of brass reach the pommel in an elven vine pattern reminiscent of Lothlorien foliage.
The High Elven Warrior sword also comes with a matching display plaque, decorated and cut to blend with the designs found around the handle.
It's a gorgeous sword and it's even somewhat affordable. Any Lord Of The Rings fan would be thrilled to own one of these, that's for sure.
