Swiss Army XLT | Victorinox Swiss Champ XLT Knife

Swiss Army XLT It's all about the tools, and this one's got a bundle of 'em.

The Swiss Army Swiss Champ XLT is very similar to Victorinox's extremely popular, age-old Swiss Champ Knife. In fact, it includes all of the tools that one's got and adds in a few new ones.

You might want to check out that review before continuing.

The XLT's new features include a pharmaceutical spatula, electrician's blade, pruning blade and bit holder. Also included is a set of seven bits in a case.

That bit holder and included bits are not to be underestimated. They turn your knife into a full-sized versatile screwdriver of all shapes and sizes.

The XLT's handle is an updated translucent ruby that definitely gives the old Vic a modern look.

There are two downsides to be aware of: this knife is three ounces heavier than the traditional Swiss Champ and costs nearly eighty bucks more.

If you're okay with those, this is a great update to a classic Swiss Army Knife.
